30 DAY RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event you’re not satisfied with your recent purchase we can offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date through our email listed below

Reasons For Returns:
FAULTY ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty please email us (koda.customerservice@outlook.com) with a detailed description of the faulty product and a photo of the item. Each item before its packed and delivered is checked for any faults/ imperfections.
ALLERGY RETURN
In a rare event you've had an allergic reaction to one of our products please discontinue use of the product immediately. All of our products have a description of all the ingredients on there product page please read carefully before purchasing the product if you’ve had a reaction before. If you have had a reaction you can return your unused items in the order back to us. We do not accept returns of used items due to hygienic reasons.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please make sure you do not dispose of the item if we haven’t contacted you back.
WHAT TO DO:

2. What you will need to provide: You will need to provide your order number and a photo of the item with reasoning for your return.
3.How to send the product back to us: We will send you an email with our delivery address and discuss what happens next through the email we will send you.
After the returned product has arrived to us a refund or exchange of product will be sent out.
